I have a question for Senior members if they can help me a bit.

I file my application in oct 7,2014. Jan 9,2015 file reached delhi.

I do not have any updates on my file since then and it's been 9 months since file reached to Delhi.

1) I have applied for GCMS notes. ( i will wait for 30 days ofc. )

2) I have visted my wife in month of August so sent additional documents as well as.

what should i do?. What do i make up of my situation?. Its very difficult to talk to my wife and she is not coping with this situation very well.

Any explanation is appreciated here. ( first marriage for both of us and 2 year age difference)

I am speculating just about anything to make sense out of this. hope you guys have some better input.

Hi ,
I sent my passport to IRCC on August 13, 2021 for stamping under spousal sponsorship and they didn't issue a visa because my medical will expire on Oct 14, 2021. there is still 11 weeks to expire.

Please help if you have any idea what to do in this situations.

This is a very old thread. Do not expect any response from people who might have already left the forum years ago.
Always check the last message’s timestamp before replying on a thread so you don’t have to waste your time waiting for a response which might never come. Also, things have changed since 2014 including pandemic impact on thr immigration.
Options:
1. Find a recent thread for your respective visa office or situation.
2. Create a new post with your query.

The above options will at least have higher chances of getting replies.

Application applied 7october 2021. We submitted ADR on 6 April we did enquiry through MP but still not get any response from them
