NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

I have a question for Senior members if they can help me a bit.

I file my application in oct 7,2014. Jan 9,2015 file reached delhi.

I do not have any updates on my file since then and it's been 9 months since file reached to Delhi.

1) I have applied for GCMS notes. ( i will wait for 30 days ofc. )

2) I have visted my wife in month of August so sent additional documents as well as.

what should i do?. What do i make up of my situation?. Its very difficult to talk to my wife and she is not coping with this situation very well.



sorry to hear however -- we were in the same boat -- applied in Nov 2013 and file moved to delhi late decemeber -- only update on gcms was in August -- when they actually started working on the file. best bet is to wait for the notes see what is going and then proceed with a course of action.

Any explanation is appreciated here. ( first marriage for both of us and 2 year age difference)

I am speculating just about anything to make sense out of this. hope you guys have some better input.

Are you November 2014 or 2013? if you are 2013 then it's like 2 years after filing application file. Too long. ? You sure you did not get anything from them? because
you can ask immigration officer regards to your file after 17 months.

Well i will get my notes on Oct 28,2015. so see what news they bring.

within 20 to 30 days ull get a passport request

I am march 2014 applicant and in process since October 2014..according to atip notes that I hv received in June 2015 everything is passed except at that time security column was blank and they give me confirmation about medical in July that is passed that I hv sent without request...now I did case specificc inquiry in Sept and they give me reply in November..u r file in quqe for scheduling interview..I don't know what happend I hv applied notes few days back to know is there any red calf or something on file..now my question is that some people told me inquiries to ndvo leads to interview...is this possible what do you think...??and they mentioned in reply don't request us for earlier scheduleding of interview.I am going to complete 20 months after file reached at new Delhi..my question is that is MP can do anything...I am in horrible situation..don't know what to do next..
