NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Hey everybody,

I and my husband are Indian citizen, but now living in Canada and New Zealand respectively. Our file is processing at Sydney immigration office. And my husband got an email stating that he must have to go through an interview and they will let us know about the final date and time of interview in the future. Could somebody tell me how long its going to take more time? And what is GCMS? Thanks

Hi all -- my wife and I are in a huge dilemma her status was changed to decision made on May 6, 2015 since then we haven received a PPR request. She is living with me on TRV and we have renewed her visa many times.

Our status is currently -- medical received, decision made. Interview was waved.

Application date 25/Nov/2013.

Mailed NDVO 70 days ago - no response.

What is happening does anyone have any idea or in the same boat as I am?

This is ridiculous - I know of people who applied 8 months ago getting their stamping. Applying from NDVO was a huge mistake.

Congrats u got decission made your status.can u send email to casereview immigration may theyill help you to guide. I hope you will get soon PPR. I dont understand why ndvo making late 2013file f. But many 2014 & 2015 file moved very fast and i feel they are very lucky now living with them family. Its very hard to live newly married couple living alone. When they will understand our feel i really dont know.
I will pray for all 2013file should finish early. Truth never fail.God will bless and help us.

I got a passport request for visa how long does it take to get passport stamped as everything is done on my application.

thanks for your reply --- how does one go to case review ?? fortunately my wife is living with me on temp visa in Toronto. but its almost 1 .8 years now since application...and she would like to get on with her life / career.

I have a question for Senior members if they can help me a bit.

I file my application in oct 7,2014. Jan 9,2015 file reached delhi.

I do not have any updates on my file since then and it's been 9 months since file reached to Delhi.

1) I have applied for GCMS notes. ( i will wait for 30 days ofc. )

2) I have visted my wife in month of August so sent additional documents as well as.

what should i do?. What do i make up of my situation?. Its very difficult to talk to my wife and she is not coping with this situation very well.

Any explanation is appreciated here. ( first marriage for both of us and 2 year age difference)

I am speculating just about anything to make sense out of this. hope you guys have some better input.

sorry to hear however -- we were in the same boat -- applied in Nov 2013 and file moved to delhi late decemeber -- only update on gcms was in August -- when they actually started working on the file. best bet is to wait for the notes see what is going and then proceed with a course of action.

Are you November 2014 or 2013? if you are 2013 then it's like 2 years after filing application file. Too long. ? You sure you did not get anything from them? because
you can ask immigration officer regards to your file after 17 months.

Well i will get my notes on Oct 28,2015. so see what news they bring.

within 20 to 30 days ull get a passport request

I am march 2014 applicant and in process since October 2014..according to atip notes that I hv received in June 2015 everything is passed except at that time security column was blank and they give me confirmation about medical in July that is passed that I hv sent without request...now I did case specificc inquiry in Sept and they give me reply in November..u r file in quqe for scheduling interview..I don't know what happend I hv applied notes few days back to know is there any red calf or something on file..now my question is that some people told me inquiries to ndvo leads to interview...is this possible what do you think...??and they mentioned in reply don't request us for earlier scheduleding of interview.I am going to complete 20 months after file reached at new Delhi..my question is that is MP can do anything...I am in horrible situation..don't know what to do next..
