hiiiiiii RK jst three applicants left for interview ??? dnt knw yr wen dey snd interview letter pooja is oct applicant not recv anything from dem yet but m feb 2014 applicant dnt how much tym dey wil take for my file

dont worry...2013 applicants luck is bit hard apart from 2014 applicants...its ur 8th month and you already know dat u hv an interview so its pretty fast...just look at 2013 list including w2e everyone know abt dere interview after 11 months so maybe u will received any news abt ur interview in next month...dont loose hope...

Not sure if I should be happy or not today morning my status changed from IP to DM,
Pl suggest how soon can I get my passport ?

Having said that, I wish and prey that all you guys get the new status ASAP

ofcourse you should b happy just look at other people they still stuck in IP for 7 or 8 months...

you will got ur passport within 2 to 12 days time...dese days dese morons hv no guarantee so maybe it will take few more days...but dont worry it will arrived soon...

NDVO just got back to me after so many emails that my file is pending a initial review.. what those that mean?

on june i was also received this kind of reply...but first week of july i was received remedical req and status chnged to IP...so relax wait for few more days..ur turn will b come soon.

Hi all

Just a thought , I may be wrong

I have been very active member of this group but silent most of the times, have seen people getting there visas post which they exit or probably thrown out of the group

There would be a day when this group will be 100 percent inactive considering there is 2014 group as well, having said that as per me canada is not heaven and India is neither hell but we still plan and leave our country to live at a place where we have 99 percent strangers

The real hard work would begin the second you land in Canada , the moment you pack your bags , the moment you decide to relocate. we all back and help each other in this group till the time we have visas in hand , why can't we continue with this relationship in what ever format knowing that real hard work and struggle would start after we land in Canada

We can have another group be it on the basis of
Email ids or what ever way any of you can suggest and by doing so we can continue to guide each other and seniors can then continue to support and the tradition should and will go on!!

I hope I am able to put my point rightly , any comments suggestions from any of you??

I don't know, what this due date means...but mine is showing 12/09/2014...which means 12 september 2014, and my ecas status changed from "application received" to "in process" only on sep 11, 2014.....

so...not sure...wats happening?

just recieved my notes , and it says under incomings recvd posion letter, and another incomings marraige of convienece , and under eligibity it says in progress and interview recommended and under notes from officer it says that i was married and i have daughter and my husbands first marraige and his siblings and all and compatibilty it says age and pa was 41 and 10months and sponsor was 40 and 8 months old at time of marraige which is wrong we are 10 years younger then that , they havent written any concerns , how do i know why they have interview???

If I had noticed something like that on my notes, I would do a Case Specific Enquiry and bring up your concern to them. Also attach the Notes if it had enough space for attachment.

I know medicals are valid for a year, do they have any additional leeway in that??? can they extend it a few months ? any ideas guys?

I remember they used to extend a lot of Medical Report's expiry dates during months of March-May. Recently I barely see them doing that.

But the answer is Yes if the Visa Officer wanted to help they can always extend it for a couple more months.
