Third line has been added to my e-cas yesterday after 19 months of prolonged silence that is ti say:

1. Application Recd
2.Interview has been scheduled on17-02-2013. (however ndvo called and cancelled that)
3. Medical results are in. (yesterday). Remedicals though.

Guy's how far apart I am from a DM ?

Pls share your views on my situation.

After your remedicals results reached, is your status showing In Process now? because IP to DM is the long wait.. many of us here are in IP and waiting..

Totally agreed.. 2013 cases are still pending and we are tired of checking the status everyday.

I am a 2012 case... stuck in background check for the last 7.5 months... I am exhausted of checking the status... as I have been everyday since November 2012!!

yesterday I had got DM and PPR.you all guys helped me lot and cleared all doubts. Though I was not active member but continuously kept updated with thread and it make easier to sail through this long waiting period .tnx guys

i got my DM yesterday after a month.... n my 8 months has been completed.
i pray to God ap sabka bhi jaldi jaldi ho jaaye.
i know this time is very difficult but i must say have faith on God.
keep smiling.

You are right KT.. he got his DM exactly in 6 months.. he is lucky guy.

its depend on the situation if ur status still AR. .then it will changed to IP soon. ...
or maybe ur status changed AR to DM directly. ..

I suggest you to asked ur MP dat he finds out whts going on wid ur file. ..

My lawyer told me that they are cannot challenge our relationship as we have 2 kids from this marriage.
Lived in common law in California and legally married in Vancouver in presence of 1000 people before she sponsored me for inland applicant but for few reasons we transferred the file for the outbound process thinking it will be fast.
In nut shell they dont doubt our marriage hence cancelled the interview.

as per ur timeline and after reading ur posts. .one thing is confirm dat they cancel ur interview. .bcoz they know dat ur relationship is geniune....and this remedical request means dat now no hurdles are left. .
now relax you will see those magic words IP n DM soon. ..

Hi all....got a remedical request today....ne idea how much time does it take to issue visa after dis...

just keep check ur email maybe like me they will also send you some request. ...

PPR-passport request. ...

so after IP its the big thing dat someone got DM. ...bcoz remedical applicants wait for this DM for very long time. .
don't worry you will received ur visa soon. ..
