Hi All,
Can anyone share some info on followings:-
1) How much time does NDVO gives for submitting PP in their official PPR?

2) Once the VISA gets stamped n one reaches Canada, how much time does PR Card takes and which address does it arrives? Is it possible to put this option forward to have it delivered to some other address?

3) Is there any minimum number of days compulsion for which one have to stay in Canada for PR card to arrive?

Big thanks in advance !!

1 u can submit pasport it whenever u want aftr PPR from ndvo.if u r planng to submit late then bettr inform them thru email , include the reason.

2. U can giv adress of ur frnd or family when u land canada, to that adress cic sends the pr card. Current processing time for pr card is 25 days I think. U can check it in "processing time" option in their website. But sometimes it taks time. Could b 2months or even 3 months. But the delay is rare.

3. U dont hav to stay there to receive pr card.once the landg formalities r done u can fly bak the next day if u want.but u need pr card to re enter canada.ur spouse or frnd can collect the card and send it to u by courier if u r abroad. Many people do this. But cic doesn't entertain sending it out of country. u dont need pr card to travel back to ur home country.
U sud spend min 2yrs in canada in every 5 yrs period in order to maintain ur PR active.

Awesome info ... Thank You for sharing this budy!!
Can you pls confirm following as well:-
1) "U can giv adress of ur frnd or family when u land Canada"... so the address not necessary be the same , the one that was mentioned in case application?and are all these formalities done at the airport itself??
2)2years in every 5 years ...Or is that 2 year in continuation or is it just completing 365*2 days out of 365*5 days??

1.all the formalities r done at the airport when u land.no need to apply separately for pr card for new PR. Most of the people giv their spouse's canada adres to receive pr card. U can giv any adress. But its good if u giv the same spouse's adres. Y to giv room for doubt.

2. U dont have to continously stay for 2 yrs.cumulative days r calculated .ie total duration of stay during the 5 year period

I have been refused student visa twice for canada, dat might be a reason for interview. Other den dat i can't think of any other reason which can be considered as a red flag
