On June I received A DR and it said that "You have 30 days to submit these documents at which time a decision will be taken on your file. Failure to comply with this request may result in your case being refused." It's been 30 days still waiting for a good news..

Nothing to worry...they can not deny ur application if u fail to comply with the request.

I received email June 26th 2014 ADR to clarify some people in the photos and some more photos of the wedding reception.. I mailed it after 2 days and it was delivered on June 31st ..

Pl suggest if the visa which has end date to it which is approximately 40 days, what if we are unable to travel in those 40 days?
Can we extend the visa or how and what is required to make it atleast 60-75 days , is there any way?

if u cannot travel within the visa expiry date then you will have to start the PR process once again and submit a fresh application. u cannot extend the visa validity. if they r asking u to go for a remedical then u will get enugh time, ie visa will b valid till the expiry of medicals. medicals are valid for 1 year

Hi

I am new to this forum , I applied to sponsor my husband in sept-oct 2013. Our sponsorship was passed on Oct 2. Our application update still says application received. They asked us for some more documents on June 20, 2014 which we sent immediately
I got an MP inquiry done which basically states that the medicals are valid. checks are ongoing and they have received the extra docs they asked for and they are in que of getting reviewed. nothing else
Should i do a GCMS inquiry ? also if yes how would i get that done? Any ideas on how much longer we are looking at . This wait is so frustrating
I see that some applicants later than us have got their visas already
please do help with any suggestions

February 2015 meds will expire.. they were asking to clarify the people in the photos also there was a mistake with a date on the back of one picture that was taken during the wedding I wrote the wrong date as the marriage certificate..

Thanks for your reply , in case I could plan to within the visa expiry date then what would be the process for issuance of PR card

How much time will this take and how much time then I need to spend for getting the same

I am bit confused sicne I also have notice period here which I need to serve with my employer

I would like to know that too. What is the expiry date or 'enter before date', on your visa?
This first 'visa', we get must have some expiry date. Isn't it?
