hi guys im 16 Jan applicant any ideas whn should i expect IP ?

Someone had posted an excel sheet link. Put in the dates and it will generate a date around which u should get your visa. Click past the last few pages and you should see it. Whoever compiled it was very optimistic though. I say add another 30 days to the date that will be shown, lest you be disappointed.

buy more bags and sponsor an assistant for PR to carry your bags around (yeah! right! after going through pain and suffering from NDVO, fat chance you are going to sponsor again someone else)

As u rem u told u mine was sec mrg but ours is arrange ...no agegap and prev mrg properly and legally dissolved case tat too our mrg and prev have 5 years gap ...wat u think would hv caused this delay to our case???

I think you have to understand one thing very clearly. As per the existing system interview is for all. VO waives the interview. Generally interview waiver is remote when there are red flags. Pl do self audit of your file Read previous posts especially on the divorce case files and ensure all documents are sent to them. Wish you all the best.

there were few forum members who waited for almost a year and then got 'in process' and 'decision made' without interview..so if NDVO skips some october applications and moves on to November (i think there are lots of sept applicants too still waiting to hear something from visa officers), it does not automatically mean there is going to be an interview..only way to find out is to ask your MP and apply for notes...looking at your case, you have solid proof of having a genuine relationship and you should not have an interview but visa officer being unpredictable he/she may want to see your face so might want to have an interview....in general longer the wait the more likely there is an interview but with NDVO we cannot assume anything..just apply for notes or ask your MP to call CIC and get update on your interview possibility..as for your question why the delay my assumption is if they find a case that requires more research they might keep it side and check many months later..this is just my wild guess and has no scientific base to it...

Hope I can find an answer here though I am 2014 applicant

Got approval from Mississauga

Now as per the records of CIC name of my spouse is without surname...only first name is appearing (because the Old Passport on which medicals were done contains only First Name).

How to change it in NDVO records.

I am planning to tell my wife in India to make an affidavit and attach old as well new passport copies, Aaadhar card, PAN Card, Driving License and Marriage certificate, and write a proper covering letter for addition of surname..

Any thoughts and value additions pls???
