Hi All,

What Does In process means, Does it mean they doing background and criminal checks. Also, Is there any chance of getting ADR and Interview request when the applicant is in 'In process'.

From this 2013 forum, my understanding is it may take anywhere from one week to 3 months for status change from In process to Decision Made. Is it faster for person with no travel history in his passport.

I appreciate your answers and help & thanks.

In-process means they opened ur file and start working on it...it means no interview. ..if ur medical gonna expires soon then ur status changed IP to DM very soon. ..if you done interview and remedical then it will take 1 to 6 weeks time. ..but for those people who hv travel history it will take some more time. ..

Hi everyone, here is an update from me after long time. After submitting ADR they sent me interview letter yesterday. I'm not sure if these people got my documents because they didn't reply any of my enquiries yet. We applied for notes and it's been 43 days now and still not here. From mp enquiry we found out about interview only and nothing else. I feel like withdrawing the application right now! What would be the implications in the future if I do? I think the reason for interview is lack if pictures and simple marriage with no family attending. What are my chances of passing the interview?

hey jasmine sorry to hear u dat u hv an interview. ..but don't worry dear I hv a feeling that u sure gonna pass it...but first of all if ur notes not arrived then leave them and ordered new one...bcoz ur interview on 3rd Sept so if u apply it now then u easily received it in the end of august. ..
if u already submit parents letters then again collect them...don't worry the interviewer seems to b rude but that's there duty to scare every applicant. ..so don't loose hope everything gonna b all right. ..or PM to w2e he also has same issues but he passed the interview successfully...all the best dear

so you are July applicant and didn't received ur visa yet is somethng wrong vid ur file like kind of red flags or interview. .?

eligibility- not started
criminality- not star ed
security- not started
medical- passed

WHAT IS THIS ?? a bloody joke. ..
my file is in process since 4th July. they send me remedical request and on 25 June nothing started in my file. ..they shld get a bloody slap on their faces.. i don't even check my e-cas anymore...when I got IP i was so happy that finally they opened my file but after see this bloody nonsense I m totally shattered...I don't know what's my future...I don't hv feeling anymore if my visa arrived or not...thats it

That sucks. What can one do other than wait and send endless number of inquiry mails?

check at the bottom of the notes to see when it was generated..i think there is a one month lag time when they receive request for notes..on that day they generate notes and send it one month later...so what you see in notes is not up to date...

no they never ask u for ADR. ..you are in IP so relax just wait for ur DM. ..your journey ended soon. ..gud luck

Hi guys my interview wasvon 25th june...on 26th june I got remedical request (just xray report)...which I did on 29th june...my status changed to in process on 27th...I am just wondering whats next???? If I will get visa then how long will it take to change my status and get my passport back....please help with ur knowledge n experience. ....

it takes a month and a half to get to 'DM' after remedicals.....

I was send the request on 24th June and it was generated on 25th June. ..I was received it on 24th July exactly after one month...but if they put my file in-process on 4th July and as according to the notes nothing started on my file before 9 days of IP. ..
