Guys lets forget about it, sometimes I get very sentimental and furious abt this fact but at the other end I feel what these things going to create the difference... We all have to suffer with this bloody process and stay away from our lifes. I am turning 28 now and till now just saw struggle with my parents for the marriage and then this separation. just few more days and we complete 1 years of separation.

yeah guys lets forget this thing...actually after received my notes its arrived in 10.30 pm...and after that whole night just stay awake and just thinks that what's my future. ..how long this thing takes...and suddenly neha's comment hurts me more...but now forget everything lets back to work...sorry girl if my answer hurts u in any way...

actually we submit application in last of july and in aug they reture file due to some mistakes after it we submit again in sep they receive my application in oct.. thats how medical in may and application in oct

ur file would have been done by now had u not made that mistake !

I hv received my notes. ..GCMS date is 25th june...and result is-

eligibility- not started
criminality- not star ed
security- not started
medical- passed

WHAT IS THIS ?? a bloody joke. ..
my file is in process since 4th July. they send me remedical request and on 25 June nothing started in my file. ..they shld get a bloody slap on their faces.. i don't even check my e-cas anymore...when I got IP i was so happy that finally they opened my file but after see this bloody nonsense I m totally shattered...I don't know what's my future...I don't hv feeling anymore if my visa arrived or not...thats it

Please guys stop blaming each other. All are suffering wth the separation and loose temper at one point. Chill out guys. I am silent observer of this group and really like suggestions of waiting to exhale, rks, pooja and neha2515.

I m oct applicant and got remedical recently. Is it a gud news?

welcome to the forum. ..in which date you done ur remedical. .? after that ur status changed or not...plz share ur full timeline. .

actualy that mistake was we forgot to fill sponsership evaluatiòn form..we complete it thn and submit file again.. No other mistake was thr,, rest i dnt knw till now coz did get any news after they asked for psp in nov2013.. No any news or status update after that.. Still waiting for any news

Hi guys my interview wasvon 25th june...on 26th june I got remedical request (just xray report)...which I did on 29th june...my status changed to in process on 27th...I am just wondering whats next???? If I will get visa then how long will it take to change my status and get my passport back....please help with ur knowledge n experience. ....

its not i m not hopeful but its being 1 year of marriage and we could not spend time together ...daily frustration is jumping on each othere ...
I can think of rksandhu when she have a kid as well..what she must be going thru...
sach to yeh hai ki kitna bhi family ke saath raho ...partner ki kami cant not be fulfilled..
I am hopefl so only i open ecase daily hoping that something wud have been happened

I m not against Visa security pchecks but things shud be fast ..after its a matter of life...

they shud see documents and declare interview or remedical on time rather than lingering it fo rlifetime...

they need to change the process...

Everyone's on the same boat Pooja..each nd very night before goin to sleep I think of withdrawing the application coz the wait s killing..is it worth spending a year without ur spouse..Guys I lived with my spouse for 2 years before taking this decision and now thinkin that it wud have been better if we could have took this decision after 4 to 5 months after marriage..would have been easy...par koi gal nahi jahan umeed hain wahi kejriwal hain...

What Does In process means, Does it mean they doing background and criminal checks. Also, Is there any chance of getting ADR and Interview request when the applicant is in 'In process'.

From this 2013 forum, my understanding is it may take anywhere from one week to 3 months for status change from In process to Decision Made. Is it faster for person with no travel history in his passport.

I appreciate your answers and help & thanks.
