why you took so long to send ADR ? They give 30 days and you sent them on the 30th day .

Cuz i had marraige in june 25th... So it took sometime...now waiting for my inprocess status...

We had a love marriage.. Our families know.. I stayed with my in laws.. Its only because of some other reason they couldn't attend the simple civil wedding.. Even after wedding i stayed at my in laws house.. I sent them all the pictures.. We have been in a relationship since 2009 so I sent emails, chats, photos, with family.. I celebrated my bday at my in laws.. Call records.. money gram notices.. Receipt of money he sent me.. I did get the notes in june till then nothing.. No interview or anything..so waiting for my next notes coming end of july... The only red flag is a simple marriage with only friends.. However, i did attach a cover letter stating why parents couldn't attend the wedding.. Lets see what happens

you know what, its just humiliation by NDVO, otherwise I can give them in written on stamp paper that [size=10pt]in every fake marriage parents are present smiling and dancing[/size], believe me for that, every parent is involved in fake marriage, I don't know who they are trying to bull*censored word*, us or themselves or the outer world for improving their bad image

the only reason for MOC is either big money involved or an exchange offer, and in both cases families are present, infact even relatives are present, they have to be as they are obliged to help relatives kids to move to kannedda

What according to you is the right time to apply for GCMS notes? Should I apply now or should I wait some time more?
Please suggest.

when a november applicant gets IP, atleast I will apply for GCMS on that day

I couldn't find CMR's application received date. So he is left alone at the end.

STORNGLY URGE THE FORUM MEMBERS TO REFRAIN FROM MODIFYING THE CONTENTS IF THEY ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING Please flag and someone may help you if you need to update the sheet.

don't think about remedical yet...if they asked u to ADR it means they open ur file. .so just relax they will call u to fly before ur medical expires. ..you have more than 1 month..so just wait this month...

Anyone of you can tell do they give any priority to professional people who are applying? How many people right now are from Engineering or any other professional background?

I feel they must give priority because professionals (if in FSW list) are for sure genuine, as they can move to Canada on their own, y would they pay huge bucks for MOC when they can get the same pr in $1000 instead of $100000.

as of now they don't give any priority because they are blindfolded with fancy marriage criteria when they are doing spouse visa and same officers know well how to understand a professional applicant's profile in FSW but unfortunately system doesn't work logically. Its something totally different.

I am 10th sep applicant ,got ADR Email on 11th june, sent on 14th june, received on 16th june, almost 1 month has past but no change in status. medical till 16th Aug. You are sep applicant and medical till 7th aug. Do you think they will give us visa before medical expires???
