Hi Does anyone know if I need to do PCC again before landing in Canada to show the immigrations officer? I had already submited pcc a year back to nvdo with all documents when applying for the visa. I was jst wondering If they might want to see it again when I land in Canada?

you know what, its just humiliation by NDVO, otherwise I can give them in written on stamp paper that [size=10pt]in every fake marriage parents are present smiling and dancing[/size], believe me for that, every parent is involved in fake marriage, I don't know who they are trying to bull*censored word*, us or themselves or the outer world for improving their bad image

the only reason for MOC is either big money involved or an exchange offer, and in both cases families are present, infact even relatives are present, they have to be as they are obliged to help relatives kids to move to kannedda

Strongly agree with u... We didn't have a big fat wedding as we knew parents can't come... We were planning to have a reception once my husband would get a visa. As u said majority of the fake marriages have parents involved in it... I think people in NDVO work mostly on indian ethics and stuff... That's why they see a file with lors of wedding pictures with relatives and parents.. They r convinced... Sometimes I wonder does providing 5 year old proofs mean nothing in front of just a little situation that parents were not present? Why can't they see old pictures together? Big old emails? Gifts and all... Everyday is getting more and more frustrating...

kolavery ye hai ke aiven kyun NDVO strict hua hai medical expiry pe, I wanna suggest them to conduct medical and pcc on the airport before boarding a flight, an "Extremely high level secured system" kind of bullet proof, bomb proof system.

the person who got no illness in 25 years, what are the chances of not getting any illness after and what are the chances of getting it after wrt to medical validity.
If I get a pcc for my last 25 years, is it a proof I won't commit a crime after, what are chances of mine doing drug business after 25 years wrt PCC validity date, before expiration or after expiration????

No. PCC is valid for one year. Yet they do not ask for fresh one after it's expiry as in the case of Medicals. In the background check when they conduct they would get it verified themselves. In medical it is different They ask for remedical. Earlier they used to exercise their authority to extend the medicals as officers themselves were processing the Visa during the strike perid. Regarding PCC they do not ask to do again.

Green, Purple, Red colour filling is not done. Dates are not mentioned. I am updating the analysis chart. Some one during sorting changed the month order. It's location earlier it was at the end. Some one took it up. With IPad I am unable to rearrange or colour. Please do the correction and updating Earlier it was password protected. The person went on vacation did not update for a while and there was huge criticism Subsequently password is removed

We from India have a good immunity. Blood donation from us for first three years they will not accept due our blood having the immunity. Whereas our people rather we after sometime come home on vacation to India get sick fast as we will have less immunity at that time. Don't get annoyed. Precaution rules are trouble for the one who follows like traffic rules It is difficult to follow but very smooth for us when others obey the same.

actually you are not getting their point, I can explain, if you wanna be a doctor you have to study medicine, stop trying to practice as a doctor with an engineering degree,
same way, when the criteria for a spouse visa in India is a big function, with parents, crowd and rituals to be followed in sequence properly, (doesn't matter you see your spouse before marriage or after marriage)
how can you emphasis on love shove or relationship, etc etc....love and marriage has no relation at NDVO, no fancy marriage means you don't qualify, and you become their mercy case, either with or without interview, if you get visa, visa officer is just being generous.

Exactly, sply if a professional is holding a H1B Visa as well( these days can get canadian PR that too fast tracked), and having a rocking carrier, why would they go for fake marriages that too when they need to resign from their awesome job to be with their respective life partners.

Without any ill-will against anyone here but I think we might be not sure but education, profession, family background does surely make your case strong/weak.

good for you if you feel you r special, but reality is different, they are processing in a sequence and when they open anyone's file, they just check the marriage pics, red flags and medical expiry,
they do check if you are working or dependent on government but they won't give a damn what you do how much you make. I am 200% sure for that because I am observing the trends for last 8 months.
