yeah rpandey ..our case is second marriage ...but i dont think thats red flag!!

it depends..was the second marriage done immediately after the first was dissolved? are there children from the first marriage involved? was the first one dissolved properly? second marriage as it is not a case fro red flag..i am sure some forum members who had second marriage got their visas without interviews..maybe someone who got their visas and who had second marriage can tell their experience if they had an interview or not..

Hi W2E,can you please suggest the approximate time considered as "bring forward date" for the file to be checked again after requesting Additional documents.

not sure about 'BFD' some people in the forum had submitted extra documents but had to wait for a long time to see status change...if the spreadsheet is working (for some reason i am not able to open it..is everyone having this problem?) please check the information on how long it took for change of status after submitting additional documents

banter to kill time? you owe this forum lots of money for all the valuable advices you got...if you had gone to a lawyer he/she would have charged you $$..if nothing else, you should have learnt different languages (Punjabi, conversations sometimes in Punjabi; poems in hindi) or curse words...

Guys I have something really funny and idiotic ndvo behavior to share .
So here's what happened with my file

Application date - 27th June 2013
In process - 19 May 2014
Decision made - 25th May 2014
44 days after decision made , I checked my ecas
And
In process - 7th July 2014.

So wow , this is ndvo , I don't even have words to express my frustration . I mean going back to ' in process' after ' DM' . I need a gun .....

sorry your request for gun cannot be answered since you are within processing time of 13 months...once decision is made we will let you know...in NDVO world everything is screwed up ...just go with the flow....

for identifying Panel Physician (PP) in your vicinity and take this email to the Panel Physician (PP) for the re-assessment(s) to be arranged..

You have07 days from the date of this email to comply with this request. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

NOW WHAT IS DIS A GUD NEWS OR BAD NEWS 7 DAYS...how can this possible

but how can I send my remedical in 7 DAYS..they send this email on 6th to my representative..so 2 days lost just 5 remaining. .

Can someone tell me the validity of the visa being issued?

your Confirmation of permanent residency will tell you by what time you should land (it is based on your medicals expiration date..if remedicals done it is valid for a year) which will be the same as shown in passport (for example copr says valid until 2015/05/16 and visa in the passport says the same)

then all the more reason you should already be on your way to get remeds done. Just get the darn thing over ith and send them the remed conf letter. also scan it and email it back to NDVO as well quoting your file number

Someone can confirm but I'm sure everything is done electronically and sent immediately.

Also, these types of doctors...you can get appointment the same day.

morons..can't they just extend your medicals since it just expired a week ago? this is remedicals and the fact they want you to do remedicals makes me wonder if they are expecting further delays? I could be wrong..they might give you your visa right away after remedicals submission.
