then all the more reason you should already be on your way to get remeds done. Just get the darn thing over ith and send them the remed conf letter. also scan it and email it back to NDVO as well quoting your file number
can panel physician send the report on time. ..they send a form also...

Bush-league move by NDVO changing status from DM to IP for that poster.

In a normal working environement an egregious mistake like that would result in termination of employment.

hey w2e solve my problem plzz tomorrow I will go for remedical whats the whole procedure..will all things done in 5 DAYS...plzz give some advice

don't panic..call any one of the physicians listed in your area (in the panel list) and make an appointment tomorrow..they will send the results in one or two days...even if they don't send it (very unlikely) in one or two days, you have the fees receipt to prove that you had taken the test..just send a copy of it to those morons...

morons..can't they just extend your medicals since it just expired a week ago? this is remedicals and the fact they want you to do remedicals makes me wonder if they are expecting further delays? I could be wrong..they might give you your visa right away after remedicals submission.
what's the whole procedure. ..and one more thing

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself and your family has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self and your spouse:

Chest Xraywith report

Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).

Duly completed Re-assessment Form

now its make me more worried. .. ???

When my wife was requested to do remedical, her letter also stated "you and your spouse".

I spoke to an immigration consultant who helped me compile my application and he said it was a generic letter designed in family cases where both husband and wife may be immigrating.

Basically they're dumb and forgot to change the templated letter.

did NDVO send a biodata summary form when they emailed you this threatening letter? just make a copy of that and medical fees receipt and send to them by regular mail to their mailing address..you don't need your representative's help ..that's what I did for my partner's remedicals...

Just the applicant needs to do it.

The sponsor does NOT need to do any sort of medical.
