Guys I have something really funny and idiotic ndvo behavior to share .
So here's what happened with my file

Application date - 27th June 2013
In process - 19 May 2014
Decision made - 25th May 2014
44 days after decision made , I checked my ecas
And
In process - 7th July 2014.

So wow , this is ndvo , I don't even have words to express my frustration . I mean going back to ' in process' after ' DM' . I need a gun .....

This is insane, they must have made a mistake intially. Now they came back and noticed that it was not DM.

hey, accept this as a positive news, there was some weird mistake before and even your mp said its under process..rt?? I was worried seeing your timeline after DM, but now I can feel positive vibes for your case, its on right track now, believe me, its just the delay but now you will get your visa very soon.
sometimes you have to forgive people even if they don't apologize, plz forgive NDVO for God sake...lol

hey, accept this as a positive news, there was some weird mistake before and even your mp said its under process..rt?? I was worried seeing your timeline after DM, but now I can feel positive vibes for your case, its on right track now, believe me, its just the delay but now you will get your visa very soon.

I am out of the game now, my medical is expiring soon, so I will be treated as ignored applicant like many, as they consider medical expiry as our fault.
basically they open file and if everything is fine they issue visa, but if any red flag or medical expiry close they give 1-2 months of bfd and forget about the file.

Anyways, few months back the trend was really good that they were giving priorities to people whose medical expiry was near but for last couple of months nobody is receiving this kind of calls "Can you fly before....." bad luck for me

Wats ur med expiry...this is totally insane...they keep changing trend and leave us no choice of guess game

Your med is expiring next month (august) right? A lot can happen between now and then......you can even pass the bar exam if you wanted to in 1 month. so just hang in there...

you have to constantly picture you and your spouse in Canada, doing good things like walking in a park, going shopping, looking for houses, dining out...etc. Keep this pictures strong in ur mind and without your knowledge, IP and DM and PP with visa will automatically come to you....

Thanks a lot neha . I hope it is for good . One thing for sure I am getting second chance to say 'omg' on my second DM ..lol . So expect the unexpected from ndvo ..... , they just have me another reason to sue them for sure .
