j&j, More than you, NDVO is afraid of you since ur file is long pending. Probably due to some internal bureacracies, they are not able to move on your file fast enough but rest assured, they are *censored word* scared of you worried you may file a litigation on them. so just hang in there...u will get VISA soon

Do not worry- Your status is not goingto be reversed. You will be receiving your PP with visa very very soon.

When we are waiting for something, every second, every minute and every day happens in slow motion. If you observe, you have come this far in life and you did not wait for it to happen. It just happened. So let this also happen. I know it is frustrating but we, when we got married to Canadian spouse, had the best intentions and we dared to venture into this process. So kudos to us for taking that leap out of our comfort zone. Now thigns dont seem to go well but it is not to say it will always be like this. It is your turn now now that you have waited so long. Just a couple more weeks at max. Hang in there....

I agree with all you said. Be +ve and focus on other important things in your life. This is only a phase in your life and it will pass.

Use this opportunity to train yourself with more endurance. After all, character is build in difficulties like diamonds with pressure.

There are lot of other challenges you need to face when you are here in Canada. Use this time to equip yourself for your new phase of the life.

there should be some one on one fight with CIC, either they sue the sponsor for trying to cheat Canada by MOC and kick him out with proofs or if not they should be payable a huge compensation for this bull*censored word* waiting period
you guys believe me or not, this whole dramma for delaying files and pretending they are strict is just for saving the reputation of the country at international level,
otherwise they just care for number of intakes per year. They really are not concerned of stopping the MOC, bcoz that is very very easy to stop if they want.
show me one case on the earth when they denied an applicant for MOC and sponsor is atleast questioned for trying MOC, never ever they don't bother to ask sponsor if he was trying MOC

I had given enough proofs that why I did'nt apply earlier and the reason for coming to India is well stated in extra notes....of course, we have lot of pics of our child's birth in US along with my mom-in-law with us.....hope these NDVO people would understand it

do you guys really buy in the fact that they are still counting number of applicants in 2013, really??? after 6 months passed in 2014???
immigration minister never ask them how many total applicants are from 2013??? and how they are planning their work, how they come up with a figure of 13 months without knowing how many total files are there...its all complete bullshit...they are making fool of us on our faces because we have no option, there is no check on them.
I seriously feel this topic should be raised in media atleast. How is it possible in the world that background checks took 3 months before and 8-10 months now
and even when they have made strict rules of 5yr/2yr relationship etc

thanks Canada50 and jj for throwing insight to my case...Im feeling better yet real jittery with ndvo not being very understanding even with genuine cases... these guys can cook any story...I don mind even if it is late but it should be all well...

RK Sandhu: After US Visa expiry we had to leave the port coz it happened suddenly because of a lawyer's mistake who did not apply for extension on time....Getting a Canadian visa wasn't possible at that time and then, when I came to india we applied for immi to get it fast here, a v big mistake yet I pray to babaji that it was a blessing in disguise that I could live with my family and also taught me gr8 lessons of life.... every moment teaches us something.....tc
