So frustrated with NDVO behavior , I have no clue what's taking so long . It's gonna be exactly 12 months tomorow since application filed . If I know what's their decision wait could have been little easier . Tried with mp office but they want me to wait till July . My file went to ' in process ' on May 19 , 'DM' on May 25 and medical expired June 07 . And have no clue what's gonna happen next .
But I found out there are few more waiting over three weeks , and there's one member whose status been reveresed to ' in process' yesterday after DM on June 01 . So can't say anything ......

dats ridiculous...how can they chnge DM to IP. ..stupid, brainless duffers..
if MP is not helpful then why not u done case specific enquiry. ..or write an email to them about ur passport. ..

He sent me a private message , so I won't mention his name just to respect his privacy . But yeah that's the worst thing going back again to in process after DM . But there has been another case in the past where they did the same but that was because his re medical didn't get accepted . It's weird what they doing , I have been waiting over month and mp says there has been similar queries before where process wasn't completed and people had to wait for passport . So let's see

Sure ya i understand.Pretty sad state of affairs at NDVO....wish someday Human Rights Commission intervenes in Canadian immigration process and finds out how it makes several individuals go through mental and emotional turmoil.

One thing for sure their faculties are not co-ordinating with each other . We have heard so many cases where some didn't get ppr request, interview is scheduled but no confirmation email , wrong email address , remedical request but no passport request , documents submitted but then again threating email to submit same documents in 7 days , fees payed but they ask again , PCC submitted but they will ask you again . The list goes on and on .... And funniest one was where they asked one year old kids PCC , I mean you can only shoot yourself for that kinda request . They treat us like we are at their disposal and they can threaten anybody at any time just for fun .
But you shouldn't be worried at all , you case went through extra process with double time , what I remember you been sitting here from dinosaur age . Lol . They turned over every stone before your file went to 'DM'. You must qualify FBI criteria now .

Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and I need some help regarding the marriage proof for the sponsorship application.
Here is my story...
I am a canadian citizen and just married my high school sweetheart in india. But for the marriage proof all I have is a marriage certificate and a certificate from the mandir. I donot have any pictures of the actual rituals and ceremony in the temple. I have provided all the pictures of the engagement ceremony with a lot of family members including my inlaws.
Can somebody advise if the photos of the marraige in the temple are must or not and if the marriage certificate is good enough with the engagement pictures.

It is better that you submit as many relationship proof as possible. The marriage ceremony is the most crucial part in this region. You may explore all the possibilities to fill up the gap, if any.

Its been exactly a year today since we filed our application. Its been more than a month now since I had my interview and was told my visa has been approved! Its been almost a month since i did reassesment of medical validity and my file is still in progress since more than a month now!! what the hell are u doing NDVO. Its really frustrating not knowing what else do they need now after approving the visa really pissed off....
