GP88, Deep singh, Utsav, osazi all Feb applicants soon will be reaching their one year anniversary of applying for visa...have you all heard anything about interview or ordered notes or anything at all from NDVO? soon your medicals will be expiring too...give us your updates....wonder why some of your peers from Feb were given interview dates but not you...

I am a permanent resident of canada. I got married in Oct 2013 and applied the spousal sponsorship which they received on dec 2 2013. I received the approved status for stage 1 that is sponsor evaluation and the application was forwarded to New Delhi office on january 9, 2014. With the application package sent before, the medical test, police clearance certificates and RRPF was sent. Recently we received an email, stating the request of
1. proof of payment of RRPF, if not already paid
2. Police Clearance certificates of the countries where my spouse resided, if not submitted.
I want to know, do we need to notify that these 2 things are already sent to them before and how long does it take to process the application.

Hi, welcome to the forum. You can attach a copy of the documents that they are asking for with a letter stating that you are sending photocopies as the originals were already submitted with the application. Good luck with your processing.
