but ecas says they started processing on jan 28.today is my first marriage anniversary and thats a great gift for me

I got my Visa
Application Filed 24 March, Started Processing on 22 jan and decision made on 29 Jan 2014 got Passport on 30 Jan 2014
Thanks to WAHEGURU JI FIRST AND all the members of this forum specially MYRAH7 u really did a great job and great hope if u still on forum want to say thanks alot to u.

Yes I did went through all immigration process at Toronto
Then took my insurance number n my luggage from their
No difficulties it took me 5 min to go through immigration process
They didn't asked me anything just my sponser name only

5 mins!! Thats cool! So all landing and immigration formalities done in toronto? Did u have to get your luggage in toronto and then reload for your flight to edmonton?

Yes you are a late June applicant. NDVO has started processing the early June applicants and I am sure they will work their way towards your application. Don't be worried. It is difficult but you have made it this far, and you will be getting the visa soon. Belated Happy Anniversary!
