I had a word with my local MP, he says everything has been passed but background checks are going on... i further added, when can i expect my visa?? He answered minimum of 4 weeks.... but background checks take 2 months time..
Isn't this stupid??? I am like, what were you guys doing till today?? Really worried :'(

Oh god i mean min 4 weeks and u r in process sibce oct ...seriously these guys dont take their job seriously...background checks take 2 months ...61 days ..!!

But yeah these people do tell the MAXIMUM time period so that u don't contact them again until then.. Dont lose hope..and you will get it soon..listen onlt to things that make u happy n positive

don't be worried ......they always give the max time..........u will get it very soon I so sure

hahah this was too good thanks for a good laugh I think they will keep all the applications under my company in a separate pure gold cabinet(made by our fees ) hahahha.....one day I will take badla for all of us ;D ;D

To make myself positive, i can say that, lot of people have got their visas in a months time after they got medicals received in their ecas.... also, my mp told me that background checks are the last step in the process....it is possible that background checks gets completed in a months time also!! I have researched that BC are always done after all the other formalities are completed.
