Hey guys, I am pretty new on this site.I am a July 22nd applicant and the status of my file says Application Received.Do you have any idea how long it gonna take to go to "In process"? Any Guesses??? 8)

Right now they are processing May applicants, so far none of June's applicants have gone into process. Hopefully by the end of Jan or early February.

thanks for the info ;D I applied nov 4th and they did pass the 28 days that is stated on their website for step 1, I was getting worried but thank god I passed the first stage half the weight is lifted off me! I'll sleep better knowing this info I guess I don't need to smoke weed like some of us here LOL

oops i dont know why i saw it as 24 instead of 4th....maybe jsut typing too fast....you shoudl get an email about the new file number and reference number for the applciation from the delhi office once they receive it and process it and put up on the ecas

A few times they have. Sometimes Sundays too.

Myrah, I sent my 6th email to NDVO about not getting passport request and I got 6th confirmation from NDVO..exciting...way ahead of you in collecting 'confirmation emails'...yeaaayy
