hey guys ;D I got a call from the lawyers and they said I was approved for sponsorship but online nothing has been changed ??? does anyone know if it takes time to post and that's why there's a delay?? and what comes next, passport request? interview? and what is the usual time period for the next steps?

don't know why your status was not updated on e-cas.....next step is ppr....1 week to 2 months....btw congratulations for passing stage 1.........now welcome to the waiting game..... good luck .....

argggh seems like they r just laying eggs on our files. The most frustrating thing is to knw its just 1 step away & still see IP for months.

laying? they hatched almost a a dozen if not more lol.........moto of NDVO .......we love delaying files and keep families apart.. ;D......rubbish line we unite families maybe they talkin only of their families .......

Not sure about visa but we might hear something from them for sure. You can go for GCSM, you might find some usefull information. I got 3 notes so far and applied for the fourth one this week.

Hi did they actually respond? Wher r u in India? Does that mean they usually send the pps to local VFS?

They responded via email, no I am in Canada

I am not 10% but judging by the reply, it seems they might be sending to VFS ctrs who then dispatch. I don't have the actual envelope but it makes sense to do that
I think its best to send via VFS - even if ND doesn't give option, they simply send/receive docs for CIC
