Petition paper is an agrement between both person who got divorced. where they signed for the agrement that: for example : shared custody of kids, how much husband will pay to wife etc. You got this agrement before your divorce certificate. Thanks.

What is NDVO doing?? I think they are processing student files and left our files on the side!! Don't know wot else cud b the reason for not issuing any visas in this forum for last 3 weeks

A lil update on my case....
Sent PP to India and my family courired it to NDVO and it reached them on Tuesday.
Checked ecas and a 3rd line saying 'Medicals have been received' has been included.
Hope the end is near now...

I am depressed...only person on Myrah's spreadsheet for the period Jan - May 21 whose passport has not been requested yet..also no change in status....feel like writing to NDVO and asking them to get it over with this whole process (if you want me to come for interview or deny me visa 'S***head, tell me right now' so I can make other plans) lot of pressure we both are feeling from the families and friends and not knowing where or how this will all end

Its jus one of those rare frustrating days for u I guess, else u r above all these for what I've observed....
Now it is just a matter of lil more wait for you, since u r a May applicant and things are def moving frwd...

I have noticed that if the ecas says in process for more than a month then its a long time since this is accomplished...so if one does not hear within 20 days then get ready for the waiting game.... damm NDVO.....

The NDVO is processing application of a 28th May applicant.. I'm also a 28th May applicant but my status still says Application Received.. Are they just working on one applicant of each day or all the applicants of that particular day??

that is a million dollar question.....the NDVO guys need to be all fired and hire new people who can work....

Yes it was updated long before I got ADR. I think my ecas got updated in june.

My wife applied for Notes but after "30-days" we got reply from VO that they need "50-days" extension more for gathering info & reply us...

Its really frustrating... I don't knw why they are doing so.

Dear if you are depressed then think how we would be, Its happening with so many applicants here but without keeping patience we don't have any other option... So best of luck & I hope we get good news soon...

thats what you need, where they mentioned everything. Send that copy .
