Today I went to the family court for the copy
Of divorce petition but the officer told me that
there was no such thing like petition in 2012
And he served me a copy of application of divorce
And he said this is only what he can help me with
Now I dunno if this is the same thing as petition
Please help me to get out of this situation. I ll appericiate

I am depressed...only person on Myrah's spreadsheet for the period Jan - May 21 whose passport has not been requested yet..also no change in status....feel like writing to NDVO and asking them to get it over with this whole process (if you want me to come for interview or deny me visa 'S***head, tell me right now' so I can make other plans) lot of pressure we both are feeling from the families and friends and not knowing where or how this will all end

Yes medicals were updated long back. I got ADR on nov 20.

Thanks for your comforting words...maybe all those applicants who are waiting for passports requests and status change to 'IP' is being handled by one officer who is the laziest of the batch working for ND visa office...I did my notes twice and both said 'nothing started' (except the second shows paper documents received from Mississauga..not sure why New Delhi needs actual paper work when CIC can scan everything and send them as a zip file). I saw bunch of Feb - April applicants name in Myrah's spreadsheet and felt bad for them and that calmed me down thinking what i am complaining about when applicants from 2012 and early 2013 still waiting

What is NDVO doing?? I think they are processing student files and left our files on the side!! Don't know wot else cud b the reason for not issuing any visas in this forum for last 3 weeks

Hi buddy,
Petition paper is an agrement between both person who got divorced. where they signed for the agrement that: for example : shared custody of kids, how much husband will pay to wife etc. You got this agrement before your divorce certificate. Thanks.

Yes I do everyday. That says
We received application for pr for null name on may 27th 2013.
