yes, u can get it done then (u might have to take an appointment early depending on how busy that hospital is)

The medical form is part of the India-specific instructions (the one that has photo specifications, travel history and all). The doc will give you a copy of medical form once done and u can send that with your passport when NDVO sends u the passport request.

For the medical exam which form do i have make my husband take?...i just sended my application without the Medical bc i thought it can later. Please let me know so i can send him right away to get it done. Also How do i send it to CIC now..i m going to india in couple days for a month can i post it fm there for my application.

I just chked today...status changed today only cos i chked last night as well...they started processing my file on dec 04.....

Hi, welcome to the forum. Do you also know that the medicals have to be done at specific sites. Your husband cannot go to any hospital and any doctor. You can find the nearest locations from this site

I am sure you will hear some news before end of this month. NDVO is finally awake and it's Christmas time so they should be working harder to bring joy to us and the world. Don't worry and good luck!

Apologies for being pessimistically practical -- I wouldn't go too much by this holiday list (Moreover it's VFS and not the Canadian High Commission). There are other factors such as increased processing during the Holiday Season of Visitors etc. anyway, the whole thing is such a "black box", loft expectation tat they will be cracking to get things going during this Holiday season - As usual i hope i'm illogical and proven wrong
