I filed for my husband to come to Canada through Spousal Sponsorship on Nov 25, 2013. Please advise on how does it take for him to come here. Since its December are they trying to clear the files out from 2013 application?

they have started processing may applicant right now and lots of files waitin in line from jan -april. still.... backlog from 2012 applicants still pending.....
u are nov applicant so u will probably hear something from them around mid 2014...good luck

yes 6 - 8 months if your case is straight forward with no red flags .....

medicals are supposed to be done before sending application to cic .....and the receipt which u get after medicals are supposed to be attached when u send the application to cic...

For the medical exam which form do i have make my husband take?...i just sended my application without the Medical bc i thought it can later. Please let me know so i can send him right away to get it done. Also How do i send it to CIC now..i m going to india in couple days for a month can i post it fm there for my application.
