Any body can explian if visa office give dm what letter visa office issue
2. If visa office refuse family class sponsor's spouse visa which letter they issue
Because which letter i got i justify many consultant they said this letter is not real letter belong to CIC office canada.
High commission canada has not right give official letter on there pad goverment of canada consulate general without concern CIC

I am not sure about what a rejection letter would look like. You can contact forum member harryiswaiting who is had applied in April 2012 and was rejected. They appealed and won their case, now waiting to be processed again. They may be able to help you. Also, Myrah had posted about another forum member who is appealing and had applied in October 2012. So maybe you can find them on the 2012 forum to compare notes.

Maybe you can also start a topic with your questions and someone can help there too.
Is NDVO thinking this is a joke to send you rejection letter that is not real? That is really mean of them.

it's quite normal to hold passport for NDVO and it is leaning towards 'it is quite normal not to ask for passport in the early stages' also...everything is normal in what NDVO does..if you take that approach you will maintain your sanity

Hi.... Ecas says application received and medical received... Nothing else I m dying to see some movement... I think only few of us left from April applicants without any update.... Let's hope we all get good news really soon

I haven't seen how a family visa rejection letter looks like but I have seen how a 'visitor visa' rejection looks like...it gives various list of why visitor visa has been rejected '1. family funds insufficient 2. not convinced applicant will return due to lack of commitments in host country etc...I assume they would give you some explanation as to why visa rejected not just 'your application has been rejected' if that's the case how do one appeal the refusal without knowing why family visa was rejected...if the letter turns out to be real, it is depressing, expensive and time consuming but don't give up since that's what NDVO is counting on
