i modified my original post so some information are corrected....what is the overall status? does it say 'not started' in assessments for eligibility, security, criminality, medical etc? I think it is on page 2..check last few pages under 'notes'..it will tell what has been received (like MP's call to them)

ok..so,,,on the second- third page..under client details. i.e. my wife who is being sponsored..all the info regarding her medical/criminality/security..all this stuff is missing. i.e the page is blank..its missing information...it doesnt even list any of the categories..completely blank..whats going on here? doesnt even show my MP's inquiry that I made earlier

Hi all,

Has anybody here waited more than 3 months for the request for passport? It got to 3 months yesterday for me. I'm going to apply tomorrow for the GCMS notes. Is there any need for worry at all? Any input would be appreciated.

Hi, it may just be that you missed the passport request. It has happened before. Don't worry. Your GCMS notes will let you know what is going on with your application

Hmmm.... That's odd. Very odd. You could contact NDVO to say that your GCMS notes are incomplete and hopefully they will resend the missing information.

I guess you have to do case specific inquiry

it takes a long time to get some response back..you might as well order another notes in a month which might come faster than your inquiry to NDVO

I got my GCMS notes today.. It says, criminality in progress and security not started. But, it mentions criminality started in June 2013. How long does it take to do the criminality?

it depends on if you have stayed in other countries (if it is less developed country the process might take longer) for more than 6 months....I think they have outsourced criminal investigations to private companies and it might long time to do the background investigations. Just my hunch not an insider information.

welcome..in movie theaters you have seen announcement 'silence is golden' but not in this forum..you can offer suggestions, praises (haven't seen that many..if you offer one forum members' will ask you to do medical evaluation) or use four to 10 letter words to describe ND visa officers' actions, vent out your frustrations and offer your 'OMG' s to those whose status changes (if you have not seen many OMGs lately then offer one like' OMG..I haven't seen any omgs lately') and finally, be prepared to be kicked out of this forum by Myrah or Desi-girl when you get your passport back with shiny (you have to use this word if you want to retain your membership to this forum) visa

Haha... You have the knack of lighting up this forum, when things are pretty grim with ND.... Keep up Bro/Sis (I dont know)...lol.. I will be more active from now on since our "Seniors" like Myrah will be kicked out with a shiny visa pretty soon... Btw the day is not faraway for you to exhale either...

I really pray to god that all of you guys get the visa asap. I can understand that its pretty hard to wait specially when you are already away from family. But guys dun worry there is always a light at the end of a tunnel.
