I really pray to god that all of you guys get the visa asap. I can understand that its pretty hard to wait specially when you are already away from family. But guys dun worry there is always a light at the end of a tunnel.

I see from your timeline that you got your visa..how long is your visa valid? is it until medical expiry date or is it one year from the date of issue?

Dear You can get it directly from the Passport Seva Kendra for your area... Thats the convenient n quicker way to get PCC!!
Else you can get it thru the Commisioner of Police of the area where the applicant is residing for more than last 6months!!

I'm so depressed guys seems like this wait is forever Missing my hubby so much - it seems like such a cruel joke - this waiting game . I swear I have at least 5 new wrinkles waiting since February 2013 . We just celebrated our first anniversary in November . I hope the wait is over soon

well your case is bit dicey here, they might speed up ur case if they are almost done on ur file but if they have not or just started they might ask you to apply as 'add on case' for your baby after your wife's delivery , and might put ur file to hold till then. also if ur wife recieves visa after 7th month most airlines will refuse to let her fly, so...the call is yours, but choose wisely and consult sone experienced immigration expert before declaring about pregnancy. wish u bestest of luck bro.

looking at how many people are applying for GCMS notes recently, i think preocessing cases quickly will save NDVO'S lots of effort and time that they willfully waste replying and making these not so useful notes... "just a thought " !!!

Well, look at it this way. Because NDVO is not doing anything, we are all applying for GCMS. Each GCMS cost $5 so that money is going into their pockets... It's a side income. They rip us off and don't do their jobs properly. Now they are silently bidding their time, making us get really frustrated while they work on the student visas and very few spousal cases.

Don't be depressed, although you have every right to be. Missing the first anniversary is difficult but there is always next year and there will be many more anniversaries to come!

NDVO wants to play with our emotions, so don't let them win by letting this get to you. I am sure you will hear positive news soon. Once all the student visas are processed, the NDVO will come back to our supplications and we will have too many DMs and IPs and PPs returned to even count. Good luck and stay positive!
