Only if they use EMS Speed post service..i believe that's what they use ..correct me if i am wrong.

There are jan applicants waiting too...like me. NDVO should seriously pick up our files... esp jan-feb. Its high time!!

My mind is not working properly. I have hard time recognizing my priority. They are ruining my life. Never thought of this situation. NDVO is making me cry.

Is there anyone on this forum who got their ATIP/GCMS notes and got "Criminality" and "Security" 'passed'?
I had applied for the notes in July, and at that time both criminality and security were 'not started'. I applied now after 2 months and everything is still exactly the same. no change whatsoever, Criminality and Security are still 'not started'. i.e., they have not touched the file for two months. ~peace~

we are almost same to same...I too applied once in July and notes received in Aug say not started. Again applied in Sep and received couple of days back and still the same not started which was generated on 10th Oct. Now I see status change as in process on 15th ...not sure whats going on.

Hi Roam

What was the status of eligibility in your last notes--- passed or recommended passed ? Did it say Recommended waiver and assigned to officer for review and when was ( which date ) it assigned ?
Please check which officer it was assigned to under eligilibility?
