As someone suggested..check your spam folder for sure.
Contact your MP's office and have them do an enquiry...cuz you should have received PPR by now...something is not right.
Have you tried emailing the new delhi visa office directly ? The email is on their site I believe.

Hey Zorma

I am sailing in the same boat as you. Even I applied in March and E Cas still says App recvd + Med recvd. I applied for notes on 19th Sept should receive by today.

hey sanju..thats true..we are in the same boat...and its sailing quite slow right now ..but steady .

There are still lots of jan/feb/march applicants waiting to see something else than "application received ". Its so tiring to see these two words everyday...i think we should stop checking e-cas for few days.....as they say " watched kettle never boils "...:)

MYRAH, I HAVE SEEN YOU ARE VERY HELFULL, I HAVE A QUESTION PLS HELP ME TOO, MY HUSBAND WENT FOR HIS MEDICAL AND FOUND OUT HE HAS SUGAR IN HIS URINE , WOULD THAT REFUSE HIS APPLICATION?? I M SO WORRIED.

Guys anyways at the end of each and everything what i would say is CIC is more fair than NDVO is atleast they process all the files in a given time frame and they do the processing of all the applications in a chronological order. Thats too unfair of NDVO and no one is there to ask them about anything at all the way they are working on things >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

As long as it isn't an epidemic disease. It shouldn't be a problem. I have read many people saying in other forums that they got P.R though they had diabetes.

Check "Diabetes a serious disease?" post in Canadavisa forum itself.

no it will not be a problem at all dont worry till the time the disease is not communicable they are not concerned with disease other person is going through...

They do the medical just to check that the applicant will not be a burden to the Canadian healthcare system. Diabetes shouldn't be an issue as it can be treated with medication. Same would go for high blood pressure.

As Taj p and LM86 said, it's only to check for STDS, TB, AIDS/HIV, and anything else that could cause an epidemic like SARS, avian bird flu, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis, foot in mouth disease, swine flu... Which causes a lot of headaches for healthcare providers and pandemonium within communities.

But how did you get the medical results? As far as I know, they don't tell you the results but send it directly to CIC.
