Alright,on 2nd last page Note 1- there is only about the interview waved nd about the relationship genuinely..
on the 8th page about the Eligibility it says Conditional : Recommend Passed
others things not started yet..so it mean i passed the eligibility or not?
and what is CSCD not entered as medical do not scan into GCMS. UMI U********* (what is that)?

What is the heading?
Activity?Assessment?

If it says recommended pass, its not complete - but will be positive and made Passed. For me it says Eligibilty : Passed . (No conditional)

UMI is some internal reference for CIC for your medical record.

What is your medical status? Passed?

Very sad .. I visited 2012 forum today n got really sad to know that soo many ppl are waiting for soo long .. God knows what they must be going through .. Nobody deserve this pain .. Nobody ..
I just wish all of them shd get visa by next week .. They really deserve it .. Enough of wait for them ..

I felt like writing to them but I stopped ....I really have no words.....only they know what they are goin thru....really really hope they get their visa's ASAP !!

no I haven't applied as yet didn't need to........when did u get your notes? what was the last day they touched your file.....see they have started files till 4th april.....and they are trying to clear all backlog.........so I guess we shld give them a chance now....im sure in due time we all will get our visa's im pretty positive

I got them on 7th August...

Print off IMM 5563 (05-2012) E - Access to Information and Personal Information Request
Section A:
1. Access to Information Act
2. English/French (your choice)
3. Email (fastest way)
4. No (because you do not live in Canada you cannot request on your own, your spouse will have to officially request for you)

Section B:
This section is for you to fill out.
Family Name (Last Name)
Given Name(s) (First Name/Middle Name)
DOB
Electronic Files - Status of an Appliacation - File Number (you would get this from the AOR or Approval, ours started with an 'F') - Location (in your case its New Delhi, India)
DO NOT fille out the Immigratrion File in Canada section or the next section down that says Physical File

Section C:
This section your spouse that lives in Canada will fill out:
Tick the box "this request is usbmitted by a Canadian Citizian or PR"
Mr. Mrs. Ms
Family Name (Last Name)

its eid in next 12 days i wish k hum saath hote.. i dont wanan buy anythng new i dnt feel like shopping but im out wid cuzns to keep thr words... but for me visa is eid gft n new cloths... ya allah rehem kar madad kar ameen

Yup sis, I know . Another Eid is coming and going this year and we aren't able to celebrate with our loved one. Not looking forward to it one bit. But InshAllah, next Eid, we will be with our hubbies for sure. Dil chota mat karo and smile, at least you are not all alone, by yourself, with no other relatives.

And you can be an in-flight doctor for the important ppl so you can fly to different places and be a doc at the same time. It's too bad NDVO has ur passport, otherwise you would have been in some part if the world exploring and enjoying travelling. And take me too... I wanna see the world before I die. It's on my bucket list .

According to your GCMS you have been recommended to pass eligibility . Don't worry as everybody say GCMS could not be very reliable. Be positive as its mentioned interview waiver recommended.
I hope we will get our DM's and out VISA's soon.

No worries u can ask me directly I am from Nepal my wife took that letter from ndvo to VFS Kathmandu on oct 2nd. I was checking the VFS tracker it says they have sent the request to ndvo same day. Just wondering how long does it take to get the passport back. My ecas still shows in process

So you are almost at the end, Congratulations. You should be finalized within a month and half {in my experience}, but i wish it is early.

Keep on tracking at ECAS and VFS both. sometimes there is update in VFS as passport received at delhi earlier than the ECAS as decision made.

approx 25 ppl waiting from 2012 which is on this forum clueless don't know how many waiting outside .......pretty sad and heart breaking...........I hope these guys get the visa in the next week........what they must be goin thru emotionally :'(......god bless them all ....hope they get some serious LUCK....!!

So true i totally felt so bad for them who are still waiting over one year...cant imagine without being wid them yet...hope those ppl get good newss from their last year applicants...btw hope we all get it nxt week good newss!!!
