Hi mickeyindia,
its about 29 pages of GCMS Notes..
it says-Eligibility-Recommend Passed and Status update-2013-sep-4th, due date-2014-April-2009
Medical,security,criminality-Not Started and Status update-2013,march-25 here is no due date for all of them

and in 2nd last page it says..
Notes 1-File,supporting documents and photos reviewed.PA and Sponsorship are compatible.the marriage was performed in accordance cultural norms.The relationship appears to be genuine. Interview waiver recommended.file sent to office for review.
Notes 2-passport recvd

Notes 3- CSCD not entered as medical do not scan into GCMS. UMI U********* (what is that)

i passed the eligibility or not still in progress

Guide me whole abt this please and what it mean CSCD not entered as medical do not scan into GCMS. UMI U********* (what is that)

Yes you passed the eligibility and seems like you should receive your visa by the end of this week.

For me in Note 2: Eligibility , it says interview waived.
There is seperate note for each category that is been worked on.

sanju...i got my GCMS notes on Sept 19th and srsly it was useless...no updates at all.no new info in it.
Security- not started....Medical-Passed.....last update was in fkn June! so thought it was quite useless...but now since the strike is over..im thinking of re-applying for my GCMS notes next week.

I have also sent another enquiry to Delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca ....lets see.
So frustrating...sigh

Alright,on 2nd last page Note 1- there is only about the interview waved nd about the relationship genuinely..
on the 8th page about the Eligibility it says Conditional : Recommend Passed
others things not started yet..so it mean i passed the eligibility or not?

approx 25 ppl waiting from 2012 which is on this forum clueless don't know how many waiting outside .......pretty sad and heart breaking...........I hope these guys get the visa in the next week........what they must be goin thru emotionally :'(......god bless them all ....hope they get some serious LUCK....!!

no I haven't applied as yet didn't need to........when did u get your notes? what was the last day they touched your file.....see they have started files till 4th april.....and they are trying to clear all backlog.........so I guess we shld give them a chance now....im sure in due time we all will get our visa's im pretty positive

Very sad .. I visited 2012 forum today n got really sad to know that soo many ppl are waiting for soo long .. God knows what they must be going through .. Nobody deserve this pain .. Nobody ..
I just wish all of them shd get visa by next week .. They really deserve it .. Enough of wait for them ..

Hey...everyone is in the same boat. My notes also indicate the same. any thing can happen with NDVO.

I have seen a applicant(dont remeber the name), after he got his notes as interview waver recommended in the next latest notes he was asked for an interview.
Also they are people who had GCMS notes with nothing started(background and criminal)...they got the (DM)visa with in next week.
So, if you believe your file is straight forward, be confident. All we can do now is stare our e-case every day because any officer can get up from their sleep and issue us a visa.
