Hi mate,

Please post the link for driving test....will b really helpful....I got another question if u can answer....I have got valid UK driving license and Indian driving license....can I drive using my uk license?? Thanks

You need to give g series tests... G2, G1 and G... G2 is written test you have to give before even seated on driving seat in canada no matter which ever license u have... Then you have to give G1 which is practical exam and in which you get license of just internal roads not highways... And then after you are eligible for G thatvis full license... I think there is period of 3 months gap between all these still not sure... Hope it helps...

my lawyer asked me to do so....but i just want to know if it will delay the process more or what ?

my feeling is better to post the documents with a cover letter... at least they will attach it with your application. I am little doubtful about case specific enquiry... atleast they do not reply to most of the enquiries... I get a feeling that they even do not see at those enquiries... even if they see it may not be immediate...

Here is how it works......if u have any driving license from any country other than north american countries...u r allowed to drive a rental or borrowed car in Canada for a maximum period of 30 days...now if u r coming as PR....it is highly recommended not to drive until u get ur Canadian lic...u can still drive...but do not drive....hope this will help...any other queries....

Yes u r rite..but only if ur a Canadian under the age of 18... Then this applies ...the only difference is there shud be a gap of 1 year before u get full G license..

I was supposed to go back on july 14th but couldnt because my brother in law got engaged on that day...and he will be getting married on nov 9th...so i will be going back after that sometime in december....so i dont want them to have any doubts that i dont intend to go back....
