we did our best by sending our application with proof and making it perfect....now its upto them when they give us..its not in our hands...I know we all eagerly waiting ...getting upset angry depressed ....2 days no good news....by evening we shld hear something..lets wait n watch now

Has anybody tried to send more documents through case specific enquiry online ? Do they reply? Does it delay the process even more? I need to send them my return ticket and why i couldnt go back on the date i was supposed to return i.e. july 14th...and proof of our ongoing relationship...Please help !!

Has anybody tried to send more documents through case specific enquiry online ? Do they reply? Does it delay the process even more? Unless THEY dont have specifically asked you to do so, you are not required to submit any documentation at this time. The office will contact you to provide the required supporting documentation for the assessment of your application.

Until the office contact you, the only information you are required to provide them in order to update your application is:

- Change of address or contact information, including email address
- Change in your family composition
- Request to withdraw your application and refund the application fees


or maybe u can sent a covering letter to new delhi stating your file no etc and writing to them abt your problem......maybe this helps... or maybe someone else whos more experienced can help u...

didn't your lawyer mention if it wld delay or not?
only if u send repeat enquiries, this includes sending the same enquiry by multiple means, then only it creates confusion and can delay your reply or application....but again with ndvo anything can happen....but in cic its written not to enquire again and again....but if its the 1st time it shld be fine..

Guys n gals why to waste so much of time by only waiting for ur pp with visa....let's do sum thing DAT will help u getting ur driving license with the first week after u land in Canada..... If u agree let me know n I can post a link to practice ur written test here.......just for a thought....
