I think it is more because my husband refuses to acknowledge that he is coming to Canada until he gets that passport. I told him to start packing and saying good bye but I think he is afraid it is all too good to be true. Especially because of the strike, and how slowly things have been going here.
I have no idea why they choose to process ours and give us DM before still so many people, but I am thankful. Truly grateful.
I just hope they go back to work soon because I know there will be so many DM's.
I am reading the 2012 ND forum and some weeks they got 10 DM's. You know the strike has affected the 2013 applicants very badly. We haven't seen that many DM's in a total 2 months let alone a week!
