Are you using the UCI or File number ? Make sure you put in the correct information in correct format.

- If you are the sponsor then try your UCI number with your DOB last name and country of birth.

- If you are being sponsored then Try the file number with your DOB, Last name and Country of birth.

I think it is more because my husband refuses to acknowledge that he is coming to Canada until he gets that passport. I told him to start packing and saying good bye but I think he is afraid it is all too good to be true. Especially because of the strike, and how slowly things have been going here.

I have no idea why they choose to process ours and give us DM before still so many people, but I am thankful. Truly grateful.

I just hope they go back to work soon because I know there will be so many DM's.
I am reading the 2012 ND forum and some weeks they got 10 DM's. You know the strike has affected the 2013 applicants very badly. We haven't seen that many DM's in a total 2 months let alone a week!

I am happy for you not because he has received the so called Canadian visa but finally you and him will be together forever now...

I would suggest you to call CIC they may have some wrong information setup in their system (eg DOB, spelling mistakes etc).. This is a very common error....

atleast few of ur ecas status shws med rcvd mine is just app rcvd frustrating march app status chngd to in process but me huh

Don't worry, saniali! Like another friend has stated, ecas is not reliable.
In my case, it shows medical received just now, after 8 months.
It could directly show DM in your case. Anything could happen.
If you are very much worried, you can make sure medicals were properly sent to them through gcms notes.

Did you order your GCMS notes ?...you shud have received the PPR even with the strike.

Hi Jk thanks for your concern..yes I ordered one after my MP told me that NDVO (or Mississauga..I really don't know) told him that they had sent an email to my lawyer...my lawyer told me that she had not received any..the next day I called my MP asking what was the content of the email and he told me it was acknowledgement not PPR request (not sure how my MP knows that) which was sent in July..if it is file transfer letter , my lawyer got it in June not July...at this point, it is easier to answer complicated questions like who am I or what is the purpose in life than does anybody know (NDVO/Lawyer/MP) anything at all!! After weighing pros and cons of applying for GCMS, I applied for one (electronic version for results)on last Sunday..

Thank you JK45. I'm happy for me, but so much happier for my children. My daughter Yasmine who will turn 4 next month said she couldn't wait to give daddy the biggest hug ever!! Melts my heart. This process has been the worse on our kids.

This is a fkn joke ..srsly. Dont rely on this crap...ull probably get ur PP before these jokers reach a decision.Its the way Canadian govt. works....simple as that.

Isn't this awful?? We really can't rely on this process to solve the problem. Let's hope both parties are happy with the decision. Though I highly doubt it.

I don't even keep a ttrack on what they are doin....I frankly don't care anymore!!! they are behaving like clowns in a circus...which in result are making us cry............heartless losers..........im getting my visa in sept and goin....once I reach I wish i cld slap each one of them so hard so they can rem that money and ego is not everything in life!! GREEDY PIGS !!
