Gauti is right though, the process is slow for all of us. And the CIC website says it takes 10 months to process 80% of files. So ordering GMAS notes and checking ecas daily isn't going to do you any good. Paying for those GMAS notes so soon in the process is a waste of money -as most of you said that all that were on the notes is that they haven't started the process. the only time i think you need to worry and start ordering notes is if they have processed all the applications for your month and have moved on. But we are all still waiting. It isn't going to help worrying or panicking yet.

I understand your feelings. Try to calm down and prey with God that everybody including you get there Visa issue ASAP. I too had my first anniversary apart from my wife and now it is almost time for the 2nd. We cannot do anything but if you have time and money you can go and visit at your anniversary.

guys pls cheer up don't be sad...I know its very difficult and all of us are goin thru this pain together....I haven't seen my husband in 4 months now..been married just 5 months..thx god hes coming down this month to see me for my bday .....pls one advice try meeting your partner as soon as possible don't keep too much of gap...the more u meet it helps to keep u happy and relationship stable...I know its not very easy to tk leave from work...and the tickets are exp too....but trust me love is greater than anything in this world......wishing for everyone to get good news very soon.....july is goin to be a good month ..so pls try being happy ;D the happiness u will get seeing DM u will forget all this frustating wait....god bless everyone... ;D

Thank you for the wonderful thoughts. And congratulations on your hubby visiting you on your birthday. I just don't understand why are they having so much difficulty in issuing visa now? If they are having no problems in there work because of strike that is not effecting them then what is the delay?

I really don't know. but I feel like goin to delhi and slapping each and every person sitting pretending to work....children and spouse shld be priority ....when will these guys understand !!!!

I just go there with my camcorder and take a move of them and published it to the entire world and let the government deal with it and to make it worst I will also take interview FORCE FULLY to make them say it to the public.


These guys are so messed up and are eating our time, money and our patient. If some one really going to get pissed off then we will have an incident with guys going in with guns that's all. This is getting way beyond waiting and I feel very sorry for all of us.

Hey I am in the same boat I lost my mom too and now I am away from my wife for a long time too. Just pathetic people just going to HELL for sure.

You've written some wonderful & true words there! That's exactly what I did earlier this month, got married in November '12 and went to visit her after 7 months of being apart. We had an amazing time! It meant the world to her and we were both very happy to be together after this much time. It always takes a sig. amount of investment in a relationship to keep things positive and stable, and honestly I wish I'd done it much sooner! I agree this period is tough & frustrating for each and every one of us, but sooner than later, things will pick up and good news will come to all of us. I admire everyone here who has a positive attitude like you that try to help people remain patient. The key is not to get frustrated by things out of your control, it's to get through this tough period so you can enjoy the better things when you & your partner are united.

So keep the love & communication strong, nerves calm and most of support each other! Seems easier said than done but again, that's the best way to get through these times. Again, I'll pray we all get positive news very soon and put these times behind us all. Take care & god bless

totally agree with u.....this wait is heart breakin for everyone .....and we all are goin thru this together...we all are the same.....we are family...so if anyone is down we guys have to help to cheer up....coz getting frustrated like this can damage your relationship also.......just think this is an exam and we have to pass very well.....god bless
