Don't panic for something that we cannot do anything.

Those pathetic guys are the laziest guys I have ever knows in the whole world.

I have seen people who are lazy but they do the job but they do give you some information as to what need to be done.

Like in India people are not lazy but they tell you if they need money to make your file go forward.

Over here these fucking guys don't care if some one is dying or some one is in love and waiting for them to come here. They are just going to live there dirty filthy life and complain about us not giving them time.

Managed to re-send my application, here's what my timeline looks like now

Meds done: 5th March
App sent: 2nd May
App Rcvd: 6th May
App Returned: For being Incomplete to hubbys address on 3rd June, letter dated 16th may.
App re-sent: 17th June
App Rcvd: 20th June.

Now again...fingers crossed!

noone has got dm this week....if medical expires they will send u an email...regarding it
everyone who applied in dec 12 and jan 13 all got their ppr in march .....so damn weird..

I dont know whether thats a good idea or not... but definitely its better than applying visit visa before applying for spousal PR.. because one of my friend did this but his visit visa application got rejected and they asked him to apply for spousal PR and not visit visa... seeing this I applied for PR sponsorship first and then applied for Visitor visa for my wife... in the cover letter I did mention that I have applied for her spousal visa and mentioned the file number too... but still it got rejected... I hope this will not cause any delay in my wife's PR application.

this week is very disappointing... no one's status changed to Decision made and none of us received their passport back from Delhi VO... I fear this might be due to the strike in NDVO...
anyways, hope next week will be better... good luck guys...

I sometimes laugh at myself these days... I am acting so irrationally - checking the ECAS several times a day... I have always known that there is no simple queue, or trustworthy statistics... However, since over the week before last, some applicants were getting their DM status 3 months to the date of PP receipt, I waited eagerly for ours to come. The D-Day came and went, no-joy... Thanks to this system, we are getting to test out our new relationship to the limits...
We have gone through the phases of "I wish we had taken the other route.." and "I wish we had applied sooner..." ... These days the frustration ebbs and flows. Reading the posts on this forum from others going through similar hardships helps. The other day I read out some of the posts over the phone to calm my spouse.

I know we are all going through very similar situations at home...

I completely understand how you're feeling... I feel exactly the same and act so similar... This waiting time is getting every single one of us completely crazy! Sometimes i'm looking at the ECAS when it is midnight in India with the different time zone... when I looked at it the same day few hours earlier... as if those officers are working 24 hrs a day. Stupid behavior I know... It is completely stupid I know but still keep looking...

Hi All,

I got married in Feb 2013 and now m filling forms myself to apply for my wife sponsorship from INDIA-Delhi. I have the following concerns-:

1) Which documents photocopies needs to be notarized from my side and my wife's side? Please mention in brief. because someone told me that i need to get all my spouse passport pages notarized irrespective they are black or not.
2) How many Pre/post wedding photographs, wedding ceremonies photos and Honeymoon visit pics are sufficient enough?
3) IMM 5409 - I have no common law partner, so do i still need to include this form with NA or just exclude it completely.
4) IMM 008DEP - Is this form required to fill with NA and attach with the file or can I exclude it from my file?
5) IMM 5406 - Is SECTION A has to be filled in Native language also (HINDI) with English as well?
6) IMM 5540 - I got my PR through SINP from INDIA itself and landed in Canada as landed immigrant, So what to fill in Question 10 "What type of Sponsorship"
6) IMM1344E - Is it necessary to fill this form online to get the bar-code if yes then I don't have any co signer so I have to leave this questions and put NA. While doing this its not allowing me to validate it (saying me to enter details for co signer). So can I manually fill it and put NA?

Hope to get genuine replies on it.
