Hey yoosufalipp,

After studying your case in depth, I conclude and also I am sure that your baby will get the Visa soon and you will get her passport back with Visa within the month of April 2013.

All the BEST,
Gulzar !!!

Hi Gulzar,

It seems that either you work for CIC or you know some one at CIC :D
But your help is very much appreciated as this is really a nice thing to help people

Hi Gulzar,

Do you think it will make any difference in the application process if I visit India while the application is under processing
Some says that there is no impact, some says that this may delay the application processing

Your reply is very much appreciated

Regards,
James

Hi James,

Neither I work for CIC nor I know some one at CIC but I have read and studied almost 95% of all the Forums posted by the Seniors members and have learnt everything from them.

All the BEST,
Gulzar !!!

Hey James,

IF you are Canadian Citizen then it is 100% sure that it makes no difference for your visits to India to see your wife but if you are Canadian PR then it is really confusing, different members have different opinions. But in that case I suggest you to keep your trips short (less than 2 weeks) and don't make frequent visits (try not to make more than two visits in the whole waiting game).

I hope this helps !!!

All the BEST,
Gulzar !!!

Thanks a lot for your reply Gulzar. I appreciate your help and time that you spend in helping others.

If you are Canadian citizen, does it matter that for how long you are visiting India, say 3-4 weeks

Thanks...
James

Hi Gulzar,

I was just kidding.... :)
It might not be a right forum to ask this question as this is only for spousal category.
As you mentioned that you have studied many forums, do you know that how long will CIC take to finish up the backlog of parental sponsorship. I have sponsored my family in Feb 2010.

If you want you can reply or you can guide me to another place where I can find this information

Thanks...
James

Hi Guys

Just fyi, as a PR too u can travel whn application is in process. I confirmed this by calling CIC. M myself going to India for 2 mnths.

Hope that helps.

@ James,

If you are Canadian Citizen, then there is no limits you can stay the whole waiting period with your spouse anywhere in the world.

All the BEST,
Gulzar !!!

@ James,

Sorry to say but I want to keep this Forum only for Spouse Category only. Let us not mix the other categories here.

All the BEST,

Hi vrajput Ji,

If you are so confident then you can do so. But for your information, I want to tell you that CIC Call Centre executives sometimes give wrong and misleading info. Because it has been advised by the Senior Members as well as the famous Immigration Lawyers that PR should stay in Canada during the processing time otherwise the concerned Visa Officer doubt that whether the Sponsor will go back to Canada after the PR is granted to the Applicant. And on that ground for few applicants, the PR has been already denied.

So I suggest you to consult with some reputed Immigration Lawyer before doing that.

All the BEST,
Gulzar !!!

Hi Gulzar,

You have mentioned that your interview has been waived in your timeline. Did you receive any communication from the CIC indicating that this is the case? Just wondering :)

Thanks,
LunarNymph.

@ Lunar,

Sorry that is a big secret. I can't share it with anyone.

All the BEST,
Gulzar !!!

You can post your questions in this thread which is specific to parental sponsorship.

Hi Gulazr,

Today my wife received an email with a pdf attached, asking to submit the RPR (landing fee) and Passport to their office. Is this a norm? Do they generally send a letter for PPR or do they generally call? Just wondering?

Also can you please update the excel file with the details.

Thanks
