How do they even find out that sponsorer is not in canada ?????

If you are so confident then you can do so. But for your information, I want to tell you that CIC Call Centre executives sometimes give wrong and misleading info. Because it has been advised by the Senior Members as well as the famous Immigration Lawyers that PR should stay in Canada during the processing time otherwise the concerned Visa Officer doubt that whether the Sponsor will go back to Canada after the PR is granted to the Applicant. And on that ground for few applicants, the PR has been already denied.

So I suggest you to consult with some reputed Immigration Lawyer before doing that.

Everyone does know Canada does not put exit stamp on your passport. But on entry they scan your PR card/Passport/Stamp if you do not have both.

Let's take an example where you need to prove Canada that you met your PR residency by staying x days out of 5 years.

So everyone may use this as advantage and travel to US or might even work there for so long ( If canada only maintains record about entry and not exit).

This doesnt sound right to me . I am not an expert here just trying to give my analysis which makes sense.

But when asked to prove , you were here on a specific day , somehow you need to prove that you were in Canada(Exceptions here are if you are overseas for a Canadian firm etc..)

So if there is a rule that you must be in Canada when you sponsor , you may be asked to prove if they suspect.
Experts may comment if this sounds good

I was busy at my work as they have changed my job schedule and i used to come home 11:30 pm.

Actually medical was done when i was in India on 13 of January and i submitted my husband's file on 12 Feb along with the medical receipt.
Earlier my status was shown as your file has been received now it has been added one more thing that medical results has been received.

Sorry i forgot to ask you one thing. My husband is making a plan to go outside of country on business tour and am so confused because he will go 7th April to 14th April, his phone will not work and we are expecting passport call in these day. If unfortunately he miss that call what will happen?????

I got my SA today from CIC around 1 pm EST. Please update my file.

But my E-cas still doesnt show any entry for sponsor's details.

Now its time to knock the doors of Quebec for them approving me as sponsor.
Then NDVO will start processing my file once quebec has accepted me also.

I am jumping all the way ... YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
