couple of pages ago, someone had similar response from his/her MP except the email said final review..in your case it is just review by a visa officer and your status is 'in process' so I assume that they are waiting for final review to be done and whenever the supreme Ayatollah commander is free they will assign your case to him...

Yea may be.. but RK sandhu also received the exact same email yesterday from MP so I suppose they are just sending out generic email to us without actually finding out anything. The thing to worry is that when hubby used to enquiry and whenever the canadian immigration people replied they atleast gave us some clear picture like once they told us security is gettin validated..last they told us they are workin on my police report but this time hubby insisted them to email the delhi office and taddaaa the delhi office sends us a generic email, they didnt even check anything...

We too got the ADR n submitted during second week of Aug.......heard nothing since then....did MP enquiry last week and were told That "following the initial review the file is awaiting its turn for Interview schedule".... Its ridiculous the way NDVO works....now waiting for the GCMS response this month...because we cant figure out any red flags in our case.....don't understand why would they even doubt the genuineness of a couple with the 2 months old baby....It is extremely frustrating...

Also they are considering the date of application received, when file was transferred to NDVO n not when it was filed at Mississauga...We have no idea how many reviews does a file require after this so called initial review....the status stil says application received...filed in November first week 2013...

just check ur email properly the form is in the attachment...but if they didn't send you form then don't worry just show this letter to panel physician they already hv lots of forms...and rest of the reports they will also send by them...so you just go and done the remedical. ..gud luck

no dear I didn't received this email yesterday. ..it was 29th July's email which was my MP send to me...

so you received it in Sept and Iwas July but answer is the same...it means they just bloody time pass with our feelings not a single time they take our enquiries seriously. ...
so wait for right moment when they again open remedical cases...

in July grand master ayatollah of canada visa office was not available for review..now he may be..unless you do another inquiry to find out if his 'you are not worthy to speed up the process' holiness is available to look at your process completed application, you wouldn't know...having said that nobody knows if this is just one of the template created 'you are within your processing time frame' or 'thank you for your resume..we will let you know if you are suitable' kind of emails...the only difference between two postings is one wrote that he/she received 'awaiting for final review' and the other one' awaiting further review' and based on that, I think this is not just computer generated response...on the other hand, I have been wrong in many instances....

my hubby's out of town for few days so I hope he will come soon and after dat we will again go for this useless MP enquiry...and after dat we will know that whether his highness available now and look at my file soon or not..
I m curious to know that wht kind of genetic answer they will send us this time. ..

Dec. 2013 applicant. got approved in Jan. 2014. File IP on Aug.2014. DM Aug. 18, 2014. Got PPR on Aug. 22, 2014.

Yaar.. Abb i hope things sppeden up a bit. IP dekh ke i was so happy and made some plans.. Nothing is seeming gud now.

when ur file goes to In-process after dat they start everything. ..bcoz in-process means they open ur file and they started working on ur file. ..so whatever things pending they will sort out in IP. ..after that they will take decision on your application....

hope things will b finished soon in ur case you waited since 2012...its extremely long wait

Hi guys I need some help from senior member last month we received a email from New Delhi they are doing background check.i have travel history for Cyprus where I was an student but also I have illegal 6 month stay in austria but I provide them both Pcc but still I am worried abt that because I don't know how long they take for background check I applied in feb 2012 it's to much now someone help pls

Everyone made many plans.. it was expected tht now its matter of few more days now... but they bastards broke down all hopes. I feel as all relatives and frnds eyes are on u and I knw how jealous they are... my luck is fighting with those bad eyes and now lets see wins.

ADR means additional document request right? so my query is ndvo asking for sponsor's ADR or sponsored person's ADR till now?
