We have received the medical reports and the results are valid until 23-05-2015. The application is currently in the queue for final review. It will be reviewed in accoirdance with its place in the queue for applicants in this category, based on the application received date.

Could you please share which email add you used to contact them? Thanks.

have you already done it? then they will have a record of your first inquiry and you don't have to meet them in person. If not, just send an email saying you want your MP to do an inquiry and give them details. If they say you have to come to office in person then send them an email saying you are traveling and won't be able to meet them in person but you will be able to talk to them if they give a specific time and date to reach them. Then call them on the phone and talk to them giving details. They would require your sponsored person to sign a release form authorizing them to access private information on sponsored person's behalf. When writing to them, give them sponsor and sponsored person's names; file number; DOB of the sponsored person and nationality; photocopy of your PR card/Canadian passport first page; etc...

Arey that is not any kind of form. Enquirer identification mean ur identity that what is ur relation to applicant. If u r the applicant then u select Applicant from the option n if ur sponser is applying cse on ur behalf thn select sponser and fill sponser name in enquirer identification. Plzz seniors correct me if i m wrong..
