Arey that is not any kind of form. Enquirer identification mean ur identity that what is ur relation to applicant. If u r the applicant then u select Applicant from the option n if ur sponser is applying cse on ur behalf thn select sponser and fill sponser name in enquirer identification. Plzz seniors correct me if i m wrong..

Hi All,
I didnot understand the case specific query process.
Please explain. I m confused.

first part you as an applicant fill in family name (your father's name); given name (your first name - e.g. if it is Narendra Modi first name is Narendra and last name is Modi); Date of birth; country of birth (wherever you were born); UCI#(starts with 5 followed by 7 numbers); File # (starts with F); Telephone # (optional)

second part enquirer identification - relationship to applicant (applicant or sponsor the other categories are representative - your lawyer; member of parliament (if your MP is making the enquiry) if you as an applicant filling this part, you don't need permission but if others like sponsor, MP, your lawyer making the inquiry then you as an applicant have to give permission and you have to use a form giving authorization; based on whoever is filling the rest of information need to be completed (family name; given name; email address; consultant number if you are using a consultant); third part for enquiry type of application is PR and you write your enquiry in the box below; upload document (authorization form need to be scanned and attached if someone else other than you doing this enquiry) and finally click on agree box (whatever they want you to agree with - one fine morning you will realize that you agreed to give your house to CIC) and send - you will get an acknowledgement saying it will take 30 days to get an answer. If you are lucky you will get someone to answer your enquiry if not the usual 'your application is within processing time wait until cows come home or until the fat lady sings ..bye bye')

Hubby did MP enquiry yesterday n this is what we got in email from delhi office :
After contacting the processing office abroad, we received the following message:



Please be advised that the file is currently awaiting review by a visa officer to determine whether all statutory requirements have been met or not. Following which, the next steps will be determined and communicated to the applicant.
