it is not true...some call center guy in Canada would look at the information on the computer and this does not require pulling out information from the files..if you ask forum members, who did not do MP inquiry, how long it took them to get visa and someone who did the MP inquiry, the results would be the same....lucky ones get it within 10 months, unlucky ones longer...

2000 great experience...You should open up law firm...specialist spousal cases..guidance from beginning to end of process till postman knocks the door. Lol

So I did an MP enquiry and even after 3 months of remedicals I am told that background checks are still not done....My processing time of 13 months is officially getting over next week......... Any suggestions any one???

last year one of my friend got visa after 3 nd half months of remedical..so u will get visa very soon..

if you do case specific inquiry they don't have an excuse that 'you are within processing time'

i'm also remedical applicant..remedical done on 30 may still waiting

They would give me the same answer that background checks are in process......What's the point of doing a case specific enquiry??

We don't have any red flags and we even have a newborn together. But in case these Ndvo ppl give us interview. How will my child and I coming for the interview be benifical to our case. Still application received. Haven't heard anything yet. Just asking hypothetically.
