I am a mid aug 2013 applicant ,medical nd pcc expired in may 2014 but did not get any email to redo medical and pcc. my status is still application received

same thing happened with other august applicants..medical expired no email for remedical. ..
did u apply notes or MP enquiry. .?

I got married in aug 2013 and my wife is PR of canada.She applied for my application in nov 2013 and She recieved a mail from cic stating that she is eligible to sponsor and then she recieved a letter stating that my file has been sent to high commision delhi jan 15,2014.Then I recieved a mail from high commision delhi on feb 11,2014 asking for landing fee and police clearance certificate.I sent them these documents on feb 12,2014 and they recieved on 14 feb,2014 but till date i haven't recieve any mail from high commision delhi..we have also sent medical with our application
Can u please tell me what is the next procedure and how long it will take?

what ur ecas status shows...you are nov or dec applicant. .?
now its turn to Sept applicants they also start Oct applicants...if you nov applicant then in d end of July or august you will received any news about your file. .don't worry every applicant of dis forum didn't hear anything...

I got an email in may 2014 requesting for wedding and post wedding pictures. at that time medical and pcc were already expired but they did not ask to redo.I dont know why they asked for pictures again coz I attached those pictures when application was filed. I did not apply for notes and mp inquiry.I am still waiting hoping i will hear something soon but I dont know when. I am getting tensed day by day .

so it means they open ur file. ..but without notes or MP u didn't know dat what happened in your file. ..apply notes in a day or 2 also asked ur MP to find out whats gonna happened in your file. ..bcoz they already started Sept or Oct applicants so its too late for you...

I heard that notes take 30 days to arrive but do u have an idea how long mp will take to find out info?

yeah notes take time but every single information in notes..my 2nd notes will arrived in 23 July so atleast I will know dat if there is interview or not...why they didn't open my file..
MP find out info for 5 to 10 days. ..u suggest u to done both things. ..

I am oct2013 applicant and it has been more than 9 months m waiting for my visa . NDVO has started picking oct files and applicants applied after me getting their IP,s ,so worried now about no change in status as my case is also straight forward.

so you are dec applicant wait for end of august. ..when they finished nov applicants whether in august or Sept. ..after that you will received any news about your file. ..gud luck

don't worry they are working on Oct files sooner or later you will sure hear gud news...there are other people in this forum wait for past 11 or 12 months. .so just relax ur turn will come very soon. ..

I am kind of confused how to fill IMM5744 CONSENT FORM. So in section a and section e - should i fill my details as a sponsor? and section b - details of spouse in india who is being sponsored ?

you are sponsor who lives in Canada ?
and your spouse is in India..right?

if you are sponsor-then fill ur details in sec B and C...In section E-sign it by sponsored person...

your spouse who is in India, applicant--fill dere details in section A and sign in section F..
