You are reading the old notes, just check the date on the notes (date it was generated), so it is not your current status, it is almost a month old status on GCMS notes

goel saab it was 11 April notes..bcoz of missing consent form I m received it in 60 days...in 4 days I will again apply it..

You not only left,I'm with u as I'm 8th August applicant still waiting.. More than 10+ Months now.. As u suggested me,my husband have applied gsm notes yesterday 1st time..hope I get my result till 14th July..I'm very much worried..people says they issue visa before medical expire,bt i dnt trust NDVO,as I have seen medical about to expire n still people r waiting..I really pray to god,we all get visa soon..it such a hard time staying apart from our love ones,I know some of them (August applicant) who still waiting 4 there visa..

ASSESSMENTS--eligibility, security, criminality NOT STARTED..just medical PASSED..
my question is in first page they write---
app status : OPEN
app status reason : in process ?? What does dat mean...

is it in progress or in process? two different things....if it is in progress then they opened your file and admiring how pretty and organized it looks....in process is they actually doing something with your file and chances of interview are slim (visa officer must be jumping out of window for he has not filled his quota and could not find a valid reason to interview you...lol)
