your friend should have a third chair for a friendly New Delhi visa officer sitting next to you but make sure there is a 15 feet gap between you and visa officer's chair....your friend can tell the waiter "waiter...three coffees in plastic cups please...no stainless steel and definitely not ceramic cups...by the way we don't need these stainless steel spoons, knives and forks..please hurry and take them away before my friend, Myrah, comes back"..while the discussion is going on, your mind is distracted by imagining how many different ways you can slap this officer guy...

you can creatively solve the visa problem by marrying an Indian girl who works for New Delhi visa office...on the other hand, having been working for visa office, she might be a lazy person...

Yes .. twice .. Nothing started ... Medical -- In Progress since 19-6-2013 (according to notes) .... awaiting third one somewhere around january 18 2014...
