They hide the important things in the notes ... and the only thing you would see is general information and few blank spaces .. and these blank spaces are the important things that prompted an interview :) but in some cases do give a general idea.

I would take everything i have to the interview, however looking at the past updates they may not check. But its better to be prepared then sorry ...

Yes it will remain as application received, however after couple weeks it will be update with the interview date. I think after interview is done it will change status to in-process depending on how interviews goes.
