no no just send the enquiry from the applicant and not yourself...that way you do not need to send the letter...if you want to you have to attach the representative form and send it along with the enquiry.

how can your medical reports be wrong...contact your doctor and also send an email to the NDVO as well.....I am sure if the number was wrong the miss should have caught it...dont stress...where were the medicals done?

If your ecas is not showing medical received then send it again no harm...and also send a short letter asking about the status as well.
