I am not sure a 100% but if NDVO has the authority to extend the validity of the medicals, why don't they do it? Garry Sidhu just had his interview and they asked him to redo his medicals because they were expiring in a month. They could have just extended it. So here I am thinking that NDVO cannot extend medicals.
